This brand new Residence consists of 27 apartments (from one to three bedrooms, to satisfy every requirement) divided in 5 buildings over a large area with open green spaces, olive trees and a shared swimming pool.
Every apartment has lake view, a huge patio or balcony to eat outside enjoying the open air with family or friends. Finely furnished, with SAT TV and DVD, well equipped kitchen incorporeted in the living room with fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, cultery and dishes. And to rest, a modern and complete bedroom, with king-size bed and either bunk beds or twin beds in the second or third bedrooms. Each apartment has a heating and air-conditioning system.
The lake front, where you will find the new Moniga marina and the beach, is about 200m away, the town's historic centre is a 5 minute walk.
Inside the relais you will find self-service laundry faiclities, reception, shared swimming pool with sunloungers and parasols for use, BBQ facilities and a garage for every car.
The 1 bedroom (sleeps 2-4) apartment is well sized (70 sqm) and located at the ground or top floor. The living area seats 4 people comfortably. There is a bedroom and one shower room.

The 2 bedroom apartment (sleeps 4 or 4-6) is well sized (80 sqm) and located at the ground or top floor. The living area seats 4 - 6 people comfortably. There are two bedrooms and one shower room.

Some apartments will have one of the sofa that can be used as sofa-bed. The shower room has a sink unit, wc, and bidet.
The 3 bedroom apartment (sleeps 6) is well sized (90 sqm) and located at the first (but with access to the garden or to ''Olivo' s Square'') or top floor. The living area seats 4 - 6 people comfortably. There are three bedrooms and one shower room.
