At the end of a peninsular Sirmione floats in the middle of the lake. A beautiful little town that has long been renowned for it's lovely location and spas.There are two very different areas to the historical centre of Sirmione. The castle and the nearby mirade of little streets are full of characture, shops and people and yet not far on you come to a much quieter area that is park like in it's tranquility surrounded as you are by olive trees. There are hotels in both areas as well as on the peninsular itself leading down to the castle.
